If you have selected our fitting service; then our technician will show you products before fitting them.
Kindly check the product before fitting starts.
We will not accept any return request once our technician installs tyres on your vehicle.
If fitting at your location is not available; and if you have received damaged or defective product by us, immediately report the same to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving the product.You can email us on [email protected]
After inspection; we will send a replacement within 12 working days.
If we are not able to replace your product; then refunds will be processed within maximum of 18 days from the date on which we receive the returned products. Online payment made through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which the payment was made. If the refund is approved then you will receive the amount which you have paid.
